Renee E. Turner, Esq. -
your trusted guide through life's most challenging moments.

introducing...

Throughout my 13 years as an attorney, my most cherished memories aren't the courtroom victories, but the in-depth conversations I've had with my clients. These one-on-one sessions allow me to connect with my clients on a deeper level. Through these discussions, I have gained a deeper understanding of my clients' journeys, the anxieties that keep them up at night, and the hopes for their future. By gaining a glimpse into their lives and challenges, I am able to inform them of their options and develop a tailored legal strategy to truly meet their needs. This deep understanding fosters trust and transforms our relationship into a genuine partnership. I become not just a lawyer, but their trusted advisor and advocate, fiercely committed to helping them achieve the best possible outcome for themselves and their families. I am committed to extending the same level of service to you, your family, and anyone close to you who desires a brighter future.

Building trust is my priority.
I foster strong, collaborative relationships with my clients from the start...

My in-depth knowledge of divorce, child custody, visitation, and support matters allows me to explain the legal implications of various options and how they might impact your future, both financially and personally.

There isn't a one-size fits all approach to resolving divorce- and family-related matters.

In my practice, I take the time to thoroughly understand your situation, concerns, and desired outcomes. This includes your financial situation, family dynamics, emotional well-being, and long-term goals. By getting to know you, I can work with you to develop a strategy that addresses your unique needs and helps you achieve the best possible outcome.

Now I'm here to help you find the solutions that best fit your unique situation.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. . . . We are all meant to shine, as children do. . . .
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same."

Throughout nearly 8 years as an attorney at a New York City law firm, I had the privilege of providing free legal representation to low-income women navigating divorce, custody, visitation, and child/spousal support issues.

Making a positive impact on people's lives is the most rewarding aspect of my career

For four years, I had the privilege of learning from two highly respected judges. Their invaluable guidance shaped my commitment to providing exceptional legal service to those in need.

I'm incredibly fortunate to have learned from exceptional judges

After graduating from college, I gained valuable legal experience working at a prestigious Atlanta law firm in the intellectual property litigation group. This experience solidified my desire to pursue law. I obtained my legal education at Indiana University Maurer School of Law on a full merit-based scholarship.

Becoming a lawyer has always felt like the natural path for me

After graduating high school on Long Island, New York, I fulfilled my dream of attending Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. While there, I broadened my horizons by studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, and traveling throughout Europe. I also gained valuable legal experience through an internship at my local town attorney's office.

Spelman College instilled in me the confidence to chase my dreams

We all face moments where we feel lost and unsure of what's next. Societal pressures and self-doubt can cloud our judgment, making it hard to see the path forward.

But here's the truth: Your past doesn't define your future. Even if you've experienced difficult chapters, you can still create a life you love.

Every day offers a chance to rewrite your story. Embrace new possibilities. Choose to view your lows as opportunities for growth and transformation. Through life's toughest challenges, we tap into the strength and resilience to build the future we deserve.
